Christmas in July is our ministry to migrant families located in four Sacramento area Migrant Centers. Join us as we reach out to those working to bring food to our tables. This ministry is schedule each year close to July 15th. While you wait for next years ministry day, you can start saving and preparing health kits, toys, school supplies, etc.
Hygiene Kit Items Needed: (These can be prepared ahead of time. Place each kit in a gallon ziplock bag.)
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, mouth wash, combs, brushes, bars of soap, washcloths, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen.
Men’s Hygiene Kit: Shaving cream, after shave and disposable razors.
School Supplies: Pens, pencils, paper, backpacks, etc.
Additional Items: Small action toys, cookies, baby wipes, formula, jars of baby food, summer clothing (children sizes only, must be clean, new or excellent condition used clothes), gift cards made out to SASBC, and 2 gallon size plastic baggies.
